About me & my coaching approach

As a third-culture kid, I learned from a young age to adapt to changes, to pay attention to my environment and to communicate with vulnerability and empathy to connect with people from all over the world. This, coupled with my decade-long personal health & athlete journey, has shaped me into who I am today:
A curious, outgoing and lively woman, whose purpose in life is to support and serve the people around me.

My Personal Journey

Before becoming a coach, I spent eight years in the corporate world, navigating the high-pressure marketing and sales landscapes of multinational corporations.

During that time, I fell into the trap of "performance-driven" health. I was all-in on Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit, fueled by a "more is better" mentality. I used sports as an outlet for my stress and tracked metrics like my weight, PB’s (personal best scores) and overall training performance excessively.

I also used training and nutrition to exert a level of control over my life that I otherwise felt I didn’t have. I thought I was being healthy, but I was actually making every classic mistake: I was living on autopilot, undereating, overtraining, completely deprioritizing recovery and avoiding the real issues.

I didn’t realize that my high-stress work environment, combined with restrictive "clean" eating, intense training and self-inflicted emotional pressure was a recipe for burnout. It resulted in persistent fatigue, low energy & emotional instability. I presented a great front to the world, but I was falling apart.

It took unlearning those extremes to find the balance I have with my health today. I’ve moved away from disordered eating and meticulous macro counting to find a way of nourishing my body that feels joyful and free.

Today, I’m a hybrid athlete focused on longevity: the kind of functional fitness that allows me to enjoy running, lifting, dancing and worry-less play for decades to come.

I finally learned to listen to the signals body sends me, to honour its needs and to balance my ambitions for career and maximising on life experiences with the peace and inward centeredness required to live a truly fulfilled life. Now my goal is to pass on what I have learned - and continue to learn - to empower others to make the changes they desire.
