I believe that true health has nothing to do with restrictive eating, excessive workouts or beauty trends. True health is multidimensional. It’s having an energised body, mind and spirit that allow you to move energised, feel good and pursue a life that is fun and meaningful to you.

How it works

Step 1:
Getting to know each other

An introductory chat will help us both figure out if the coaching relationship would be a good match.


Step 2:
Health History & Goal Setting

In our first coaching session, it’s all about establishing the baseline, including a comprehensive health history assessment & discussion of goals and motivations for the coaching.


Step 3:
The good stuff

This is where the fun begins! Throughout the predefined timeframe, we get together weekly to progress towards your goals. I will be available anytime between the coaching sessions for further support as needed.

It’s not just about equipping you with the knowledge to make healthier choices. It’s about helping you get clear on your priorities, strategically deciding on the changes that matter for you, and then designing a system to support it all.
