I believe that true health isn’t found in a restrictive meal plan or rigid workout schedule. It’s found in the balance between our physical strength, our mental resilience, and our connection to the world around us.

My journey to this philosophy wasn’t a straight line. Having grown up as a "third culture kid" across multiple countries in Europe and Asia, I learned early on how to listen, adapt, and connect with people from all walks of life. Today, I’ve found my home in the charming city of Nuremberg, where I’ve traded the fast-paced corporate world for a life dedicated to helping others find their own version of balance.

The Hustle & Performance Trap

Before becoming a coach, I spent eight years in the corporate world, navigating the high-pressure marketing and sales landscapes of multinational corporations. I know what it’s like when your calendar feels like it belongs to everyone but you.

During that time, I fell into the trap of "performance-driven" health. I was all-in on Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit, fueled by a "more is better" mentality. I thought I was being healthy, but I was actually making every classic mistake: I was undereating, overtraining, and completely deprioritizing recovery.

I didn’t realize that my high-stress work environment, combined with a restrictive, "clean" eating routine and intense training, was a recipe for burnout. It resulted in persistent fatigue, low energy, and emotional instability. I was ticking the boxes of fitness, but I was failing at health.

A Grounded Approach to Longevity

It took unlearning those extremes to find the balance I have today. I’ve moved away from disordered eating and meticulous macro counting to find a way of nourishing my body that feels joyful and free.

Today, I’m a hybrid athlete focused on longevity; the kind of functional fitness that allows me to enjoy trail running, hiking, and beach volleyball for decades to come. I feel my best when I’m grounded in nature, and I bring that same groundedness to my coaching. I’ve made it my mission to empower others to build a foundation for a healthy life without the weight of restriction.

The Science Behind the Support

While my personal experiences shape my empathy, my qualifications ensure I can support you optimally. I’m a certified Wellness, Health, and Life Coach, and am currently deepening my expertise through the Health Coaching Training Program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, (IIN) due to graduate by Oct., 2026.
